Toledo Persists is another progressive group in Toledo that takes direct action to inform the public and protect our democracy. They co-hosted the recent No Kings Rally on October 18th. They will be talking about the group, what it does, and how you can help save democracy.
Since the founding of SHoWLE in 2018, we've made an effort to meet for dinner on the day before Thanksgiving for the social aspect and to take a short breather before the holiday mayhem many of us experience.
Join us for our 2nd ever Winter Solstice event. This year we have Dr. Celia Williamson as our speaker. SHoWLE is providing the entree and coffee, water, and soda.
