You can update your pro­file by log­ging into your pro­file here on the web­site. However, if you are not able to do that or are hav­ing issues, use this form to indi­cate what changes you want to make and we will update your pro­file for you.

Your name and email are required but the rest of the infor­ma­tion is option­al. We will update the infor­ma­tion in your pro­file to match what you indi­cate on this form.
