Donate To Our Fall Fundraiser

For the month of August and September 2020, the Secular Humanists of Western Lake Erie will be hold­ing a Fall Fundraiser. Our goal is to raise $1000 that will be used to sup­port the oper­a­tion of the group and edu­cat­ing the pub­lic about the group and Humanism for the 2021 Fiscal Year.

If you donate at least $40, you will have a choice of one of these great gifts:

Premiums avail­able when you donate to our fall fundrais­er
  • 11 oz cof­fee mug with our logo and web­site address
  • A cloth face mask with our logo on it.
  • An alu­minum water bot­tle with our logo
  • A tote bag with our logo.

If you donate $100 or more, you have your choice of TWO of the items above.

If you set­up a month­ly dona­tion that will add up to $150 or more for the year ($15 a month for exam­ple), you will not only get to pick TWO of the pre­mi­um items above but you will get a $25 gift card to a local Toledo restau­rant.

Donating is easy. You can vis­it our Donation page and fol­low the instruc­tions there to donate once or set up a month­ly dona­tion using PayPal. (We will also have a fundrais­er post on Facebook if you would rather donate through it but we get the funds faster if you use the link below and donate through PayPal.)

We will of course accept dona­tions less than $40 but those won’t qual­i­fy for the gifts dur­ing this fundrais­er.

You can also help sup­port the group by join­ing if you aren’t a vot­ing mem­ber, or renew your mem­ber­ship. Just vis­it our join page on the web­site or again send us a check or mon­ey order to the PO Box men­tioned above.

The fundrais­er runs from August 1, 2020 to September 30, 2020. All dona­tions that meet the cri­te­ria will be eli­gi­ble for the pre­mi­um gift(s). The tax exempt val­ue of the dona­tion will be the total amount minus the whole­sale cost of the gift in order to con­form to IRS reg­u­la­tions.
